Sean oversees all the service and inspection operations for S.A. Comunale’s branch offices and the national accounts department.
He works with department managers, service managers, inspectors, and sales staff to achieve operational goals and growth for more than 6,000 customers. These customers include end-users, property managers, general contractors, and developers from all vertical markets.
Expertise
For over 30 years, Sean has been involved in the fire protection business, starting with his family’s business where he learned many facets of the fire protection industry including design, estimating, sales, and project management.
He joined S.A. Comunale in 1994 as the Service Department Manager, starting the new service department and assisting in the development of the new inspection department.
In 2002, Sean became the Vice President of Service and Inspection and started developing the operations and growth in every branch office, expanding the national accounts footprint, and achieving several small acquisitions.
Sean attended the University of Akron for business administration and completed the Babson College Executive Leadership program.
The Personal Side
Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exercising, traveling, and watching movies.
